You call that a winter? THIS is a winter!

Okay, so I was apparently a few days early in taking that picture. What I REALLY meant to post was this:

This is what passes for a blizzard in Denmark. I would expect more storm from a snow storm, but who am I to question the meteorologists on TV? The best thing about weather like this is how it will inspire the TV news to be completely filled with enlightening interviews along the lines of “Is it even possible to get around up there?” “Well, yes, it is. Although we urge drivers to be careful.” or “What consequences will it have that a snow plow has gotten stuck on the freeway?” “It won’t really have any consequences because as soon as they get it out again, it’ll resume its work.” They actually sent a “report” from some pretty female journalist who was standing in 30 cm of snow on some field on Bornholm, telling how snowy it was >_<

But hey, as long as you’re in-doors (and I generally do my best to be), it’s all very pretty.
