Personally I have no use for a program like that, especially not if it's not free. I'm already swimming in easy options for making a file available to the web and getting a link to it -- besides just using smartftp I can also use gorillarape's images subdomain to upload images via a php script or I can use a little send to shortcut to send files to my local webserver (I don't actually do that any more but I am running apache for testing purposes so I definitely could) TNM uses SVN, not CVS (woo three acronyms).
